(Galatians 6:9-10 NKJV)
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
(1 Cor 15:58 NKJV) Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Everyone is busy. It is certainly part of the American consumeristic mindset and lifestyle. And for those who are trying to head a different direction, the busyness is different, but real. And for those with one foot in one camp, and one in the other, the busyness is unfathomable.
Which leads me to my point. It is too easy to become weary in doing good. There is so much on the plate, that to add the time and energy for another thing is difficult. And then, to be steadfast in the extra commitment is even more difficult.
This said, I urge you to make that commitment. The Fuller family continues to need your prayers. Whether treatment will lead to improvement, or not, remains to be seen. In the meantime, there is much pain, and a flood of emotions that come when you are dealing with a potentially terminal illness. The saints have been wonderful, both in prayer support, and in assisting at the farm. I don't need to tell many of you about that. I only ask, as the Apostle Paul sometimes did, "that you continue in this all the more."
And when you pray, periodically it would be good to write down what it was that you prayed, and e-mail them (fullersquiver@netzero.net) with it. The encouragement that comes from proof of your prayers cannot be overestimated.
Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for we shall reap if we do not faint.

I believe in prayer and I have been praying for the Fullers and will continue unceasingly.I wish I lived close to them because I would volunteer to help them on their farm. When I have taken on another commitment and start to get weary, I turn to God and ask him for the strength needed to fulfull the task before me and the strength or energy needed seems to come. As in Isaiah 40:31 They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary;they shall walk and not faint.
